The sensor is installed on an inlet collector, in a casing of the thermostat or on a flange of cooling liquid depending on model (it is specified by an arrow rice. The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid – models C 16 SE, the Arrangement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid – models C 20 NE, the Arrangement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid – model C 20 XE).

If the sensor is faulty, check indications of other devices on an instrument guard. If they also do not work, check guard food. If indications of the sensor constantly change, check the voltage stabilizer and replace it if it is necessary.

If the arrow of the index constantly is on the mark "cold". disconnect a wire from the sensor, concern them a head of the block of cylinders and include ignition. If the arrow deviates, so the sensor is faulty, and it needs to be replaced. If the arrow does not move, remove an instrument guard and check conductivity of a brown wire with white strips between the sensor and an instrument guard. If conductivity is present, replace the index on an instrument guard.

If the arrow of the index remains on the mark "hot", disconnect a wire from the sensor. If the arrow returns to situation "cold", the sensor needs to be replaced.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Partially merge cooling liquid.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Disconnect a wire from the sensor and unscrew the sensor.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
