Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For the best access remove the air filter.
2. If necessary take off a driving belt of the generator. Remove a pulley of the pump of the power steering and weaken fixing bolts of the pump. If you are going to take off a gas-distributing belt, then the pump of the hydraulic booster needs to be removed too.
3. Unscrew a fixing bolt and disconnect the top cover of a gas-distributing belt from back and from lower covers.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MODELS 14 SE, C 14 SE, C16 SE

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. For the best access remove the air filter.
3. Take off a driving belt of the generator.
4. Remove a pulley of the pump of the power steering and weaken fixing bolts of the pump.
5. Unscrew three fixing bolts (are specified by shooters a photo at the left) and disconnect bottom edge of the top cover from the lower cover (a photo on the right).
6. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MODELS C 18 NZ, C 20 NE

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. For the best access remove the air filter.
3. Take off a driving belt of the pump of the power steering.
4. Take off a driving belt of the generator.
5. Disconnect conducting from the temperature sensor.
6. Disconnect fixing clips and remove the top cover of a gas-distributing belt.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
