GENERAL INFORMATION

Automatic natyazhitel of a belt

And – synchronizing tags on the pump of the cooling system and the block of cylinders;
B – the index of a natyazhitel combined with a cut in an arm of a natyazhitel;

1 – turn the lever of a natyazhitel counterclockwise to weaken a belt tension;
2 – turn the lever of a natyazhitel clockwise to increase a belt tension

Adjustment of a tension of a belt

I – for a new belt;

II – for an old belt

In these models automatic natyazhitel of a belt are established. The external cover of a gas-distributing belt is fixed by clips or screws.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
To weaken a belt tension, unscrew a fixing bolt of a natyazhitel, and then turn the lever of a natyazhitel until the tension of a belt weakens.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Establish a natyazhitel into place and tighten a fixing bolt. Check that the pump of the cooling system was located correctly. Establish a gas-distributing belt.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken a fixing bolt of an automatic natyazhitel and turn the lever of a natyazhitel counterclockwise against the stop. Tighten a fixing bolt of a natyazhitel.
2. Turn a bent shaft on two whole revolutions and check that the synchronizing tag of a pulley of a bent shaft coincided with the index on a back cover of a belt. Again weaken a fixing bolt of an automatic natyazhitel and turn the lever of a natyazhitel clockwise that the index of a natyazhitel coincided with a cut in an arm of a natyazhitel (see rice. Automatic natyazhitel of a belt). If you establish the used belt, then the index has to settle down on 4 mm on the left from the center of a cut (see rice. Adjustment of a tension of a belt).
3. Tighten a fixing bolt of a natyazhitel. Turn a bent shaft on one whole revolution and check that synchronizing tags still coincided.
