After start of the engine and inclusion of a step to include a brake. Otherwise the car will "gnash". Not to squeeze out at the same time a pedal of an accelerator and brakes.

Having chosen the mode of the movement "D", you switched automatically the transmission to the economic program of the movement. In the mode of the movement "D" it is possible to go practically always.

By soft pressing of the accelerator pedal there is an early switching to transfers to economical fuel consumption. Manual switching is necessary only in exceptional cases. "3", "2" and "1" - only if you want to avoid switching to higher transfer or when braking by the engine.

As soon as the road situation, again to switch to "D" allows.

Provisions of the lever of switching of P, R and N

Р = parking. Forward wheels are blocked. Only at the standing car and the switched-on emergency brake.
R = backing. To include only the pristoyashchy car.
N = neutral provisions and idling.

In situation "P" or "N" to start the engine. At gear shifting not to give gas.

It is possible to put forward the lever from situation "P" only at the included ignition and the pressed brake.

Step of D

D = long situation for normal conditions of driving on transfers 1 - 4.

After start of the engine and inclusion the "D" transmission always works in the mode of economic driving.

Step 3

3 = situation for driving on transfers 1–3.

Step 2

2 = situation for driving on the 1st and 2nd transfers, for example, on the mountain serpentine; at the same time the box does not switch to the 3rd and 4th transfers.

Step 1

1 = situation for the maximum brake effort, for example, on abrupt descents, a box does not switch to transfers higher than 1.
