10.7. Support of a forward brake

GENERAL INFORMATION

Support of a forward brake

Fixing bolts of an arm of a support – are specified by shooters.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove brake slips.
2. Hermetically close a mouth of a brake tank for reduction of leak of brake fluid.
3. Turn off a bolt of connection of a brake hose and disconnect a hose. Remove two sealing rings.
4. Remove a support from the car.
5. Turn off two fixing bolts and remove a support arm.

Partition

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a support.
2. Remove a dustproof cap from the piston.
3. Direct compressed air to a branch pipe of a support and squeeze out the piston.
4. Negative wire of the rechargeable battery.
5. Remove consolidation from a flute in the cylinder by means of plastic or wooden tools.
6. Examine the surface of the piston and a wall of the cylinder on existence of wear tracks and replace a support if it is necessary.
7. Wash out the cylinder and the piston in brake fluid or methyl alcohol.
8. Install new consolidation in the cylinder, dip the piston in brake fluid and insert it into the cylinder. Check that cuts on each side of the piston settled down vertically.
9. When the piston is lowered in the cylinder, install consolidation on a rim in the cylinder.
10. Lower the piston deep into of the cylinder.
11. Replace plugs of fingers of a support.
