10.5. Hydraulic tubes and hoses

Survey

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Regularly examine brake tubes, hoses and connections on existence of leaks, cracks, damages or wear tracks. Replace the failed elements.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For reduction of losses of brake fluid remove a cap of a tank of brake fluid and hermetically close a mouth a polyethylene film or press the corresponding brake hoses.
2. For removal of a brake tube, turn off nuts of connections on the ends of a tube and get a tube from fastenings.
3. For removal of flexible hoses clear the ends of a hose and area around connections, then turn off nuts/bolts of connections. Remove a hose from fastenings.

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
