MODELS WITH BACK DRUM BRAKES

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Completely release the emergency brake.
2. Put the adjusting clamp (it is specified by an arrow) a rope of the emergency brake on the regulator so that brake shoes began to rub about the brake drum.
3. Release an adjusting nut so that wheels began to rotate freely.
4. Check that wheels were blocked by the emergency brake at a raising of the lever of the emergency brake on two clicks.
5. Check a free wheeling of ropes of the emergency brake and grease a regulator carving.

MODELS WITH BACK DISK BRAKES

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the lever of the emergency brake on two clicks.
2. Turn off a regulator nut.
3. Having inserted the screw-driver into an opening on a brake disk, tighten up an adjusting castor so that brake shoes began to rub about a brake disk at rotation of a wheel.
4. Turn off an adjusting castor back that wheels could rotate freely.
5. Similarly adjust a brake of the second wheel.
6. Tighten a nut on the regulator so that brake shoes nestled on disks again. Check that friction force was identical on both wheels.
7. Remove and again put the car on the emergency brake.
8. Wheels have to be blocked when the lever rises by six clicks. If it is necessary, tighten up a nut on the regulator.
