GENERAL INFORMATION

MODELS WITH BACK DISK BRAKES

Elements of the emergency brake – model with back disk brakes

1 – tomozny blocks;
2 – top returnable spring;
3 – lever;
4 – regulator;
5 – lower returnable spring;
6 – pin;
7 – clamping spring;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a brake disk.
2. Disconnect a rope of the emergency brake (it is specified by an arrow) and a returnable spring from the lever on a brake guard.
3. Remove caps, clamping springs and pins, having pressed caps and having turned them on 90 °.
4. Remove blocks, the regulator, the driving lever and returnable springs.
5. Disconnect the top and lower returnable spring and remove the lever and the regulator of the emergency brake (see rice. Elements of the emergency brake – model with back disk brakes).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease with lubricant for brakes the regulator and install it at the minimum length. Grease the areas of a guard of a brake concerning brake shoes.
2. Establish one of brake shoes and fix it by means of a pin, a clamping spring and a cap.
3. Establish the second brake shoe.
4. Connect the top returnable spring.
5. Install the regulator and the lower returnable spring.
6. Connect a rope of the emergency brake and a returnable spring to the lever.
7. Establish a brake disk.
8. Replace brake shoes on the second wheel.
